Shipping policy
All candles are made to order. This means once your order is placed, your candle will be made. The candle will need to sit for 2-3 days before it is ready to ship to avoid any issues such as cracking. Processing and shipping takes about 5-7 business days in total. This excludes Sundays and Holidays.
Shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Any order placed on Fridays will be processed on the following week.
Refund policy
Returns
All sales are final sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund your order amount or replace your product within 10 business days. Our policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All products must be unused in order to be processed for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must also ship back the unused product to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
